ZuGlass Balustrades & Handrails
Manufactured with a satin polished finish, the stainless steel tubular balustrade posts and handrail are supplied with profiled clear toughened glass infill panels.
This stainless steel balustrade is available in grade 304 for internal and grade 316 for external applications and can be top mounted or side mounted. If required the toughened glass panels can be supplied with a tint.
Details of a variety of shades are available on request.
Our standard glazed balustrade system is also available in powder coated mild steel due to popular demand and cost effectiveness. The mild steel tubular balustrade posts and handrail are supplied with profiled clear toughened glass infill panels.
This mild steel balustrade can be hot dip galvanised after manufacture for external applications and can be top mounted or side mounted. If required the toughened glass panels can be supplied with a tint.
Details of a variety of shades are available on request.
The glass infill panels are generally supplied in 10mm thick toughened glass but an increased thickness may be necessary for higher design load situations. As with our other balustrades ZuGlass balustrade can be supplied with a flat core rail to accommodate vinyl capping or a hardwood handrail of your choice.

As a further way of reducing building time and cost, we also offer the supply of our staircase units fitted with our standard ZuBar balustrade, thus providing instant edge protection, and eliminating the need to install scaffolding to the side of the stair flight.

Our standard functional and cost effective balustrade, widely used on stair cores / escape stairs. Having a tubular handrail, the balustrade is fabricated from mild steel, fitted with vertical bar infill panels and is usually supplied in a powder coated finish in a standard colour of your choice.
